there’s something special about gathering at a farm as the seasons change. for elawa farm’s harvest benefit dinner, that gathering was also a chance to support the work that reaches far beyond its grounds.
we were honored to donate the creative direction and design for the evening, bringing the season and elawa’s mission into the details. our approach was to create a setting that felt connected to the farm, welcoming guests into a celebration of the food, learning and community it makes possible.
one of our favorite details was the seating chart, designed as a nod to elawa’s learning kitchen. built this past year as a place for education, connection and gathering around food, the kitchen gave us a meaningful starting point for a detail every guest would encounter. it was a way to weave the farm’s story into the evening, right from the moment guests found their seats.
funds raised support elawa’s food access, education and workforce development programs, helping connect more people throughout lake county with nutritious food, meaningful learning experiences and a stronger local food system.
bringing people together is at the heart of what we do.
having the opportunity to contribute our creativity and time to a mission that nourishes our own community made this evening especially meaningful.
