Seasonal Event Assistant

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the hustle of event season - a fast-moving, hands-on team player ready to jump into every part of our production process. This role involves physical work, organization, and adaptability as you help our team prepare for and execute events throughout the holiday season. You’ll assist with studio prep, packing and loading rental orders, maintaining a tidy workspace, supporting on-site setups and teardowns (sometimes late nights), and assist with our holiday installations. Stylist Assistant

The Stylist Assistant role is a support role to our event stylists and designers. The assistant will support the design process leading up to events and will be onsite to help set up, style, and strike. This person will have the ability to help with styling but will mainly need to carry responsibilities of packing up events, restoring the studio, running errands (returns, pickups, deliveries, shopping), and working with vendors.
