We’re Hiring: Seasonal Event Assistant
The holiday season is one of our busiest times of year at elliestyled. From holiday installs and tablescapes to full-scale event productions, our team is constantly creating, styling, and bringing big visions to life. This year, we’re looking for a Seasonal Event Assistant to join us through the holidays and help make it all happen.
Our Seasonal Event Assistant will jump right into the action: unpacking new holiday market inventory, polishing glassware and cylinders, pulling and packing elliestyled rentals for upcoming events, touching up paint on backdrops, loading and unloading décor, and helping keep our studio organized and photo-ready.
It’s detailed, physical work - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and finds satisfaction in seeing all the pieces come together.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site coordination
Pack, organize, and manage rental inventory and supplies
Support holiday installs, styled tablescapes, and production prep
Help maintain studio cleanliness and organization
Run errands, restock, paint, and assist wherever needed
Qualifications:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and furniture
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Creative eye for design and styling is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to a car preferred
