as it grows: a seasonal tasting experience at Atelier

we hosted as it grows at Atelier in partnership with One Off Hospitality for an evening centered around connection, seasonality, and the beauty of letting things unfold.

guests were invited to select a seed packet upon arrival, a small, intentional moment that later revealed itself as their place at the table. a quiet way to begin the evening and set the tone for what was to

dinner moved through four tasting courses, each inspired by a different season. the table was designed as an expression of spring. moss layered down the center, mushrooms tucked in, spring florals woven throughout, and touches of chartreuse produce bringing everything to life. it felt verdant, textural, and just beginning to bloom.

overhead, a canopy of flowering branches by taxaflora created a living installation that evolved throughout the night. guests were invited to write intentions and new beginnings on handmade paper dogwood flowers, adding them to the branches as the evening unfolded. the piece grew fuller, softer, more meaningful with every addition.

passed bites and cocktails flowed as guests gathered and settled in. effortless, warm, and inviting. at the center of the experience, the bread and butter bar grounded everything. simple, thoughtful, and deeply intentional. a reminder that when ingredients are respected, nothing more is needed. the presentation highlighted the local farm partners behind the menu, bringing attention back to the source of it all.

this evening was about connection in every sense. to the food, to the seasons, and to each other. a table that felt alive, evolving in real time, just like the conversations happening around it.

we are so excited to continue partnering with One Off Hospitality catering and events to bring this kind of experience into your home or venue. something layered, intentional, and completely immersive.
