this intimate evening features a four course tasting from some of chicago’s most acclaimed chefs, with each course paired with wine and inspired by the flavors of the season.

what to expect

guests will move through a series of curated bites, each created by a different chef and designed around seasonal ingredients. wine pairings will be served alongside each course, selected to complement the menu.

throughout the evening, a live floral installation by taxaflora will take shape in the space, with guests invited to contribute to the final design.
