A White Christmas Wedding

There’s something undeniably special about a White Christmas wedding—soft, classic, and filled with meaning in every detail. For Maddie and Sam’s winter celebration, the vision was timeless from start to finish, letting the season guide the design while keeping everything refined and intentional.

The clean, airy aesthetic of the ballroom set the tone immediately. To bring the space to life, we brought in fourteen Fraser fir trees and dotted them throughout the dining room, creating a forest-like glow that felt festive without overpowering the room. Between the twinkling lights and the natural evergreen scent, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and unmistakably magical—it’s hard to describe the essence of that moment, let alone the aroma.

The ceremony followed the same classic approach. Trees flanked the fireplace, framing the couple as they said their vows, while a lush garland dressed the mantle. White bows and candle cylinders lined the aisle, adding softness and symmetry while allowing the architecture of the space to shine. Simple, elegant, and full of heart.

The tablescape is where the story truly unfolded. Tables were layered with white and greenery florals, individual cakes for each guest, and a subtle kiss of mercury glass ornaments that caught the candlelight just right. At each place setting sat one of our favorite details from the entire day: silver bell place cards, produced by elliestyled.

Each bell held a deeply personal touch—vinyl lettering placed on the inside, featuring the phrase “every time a bell rings, an angel gets her wings.” A quiet nod to the season and a sentiment that felt perfectly at home in a room filled with love. Each bell was finished with a gorgeous green velvet ribbon, tied delicately around the handle, with guest names displayed on the ribbon tails. Equal parts place card and keepsake, these bells were meant to be rung, cherished, and taken home as a reminder of the day.

Wreath-style menus tucked beneath the napkins added another thoughtful layer to the table, tying together the greenery, texture, and holiday spirit with ease. Every element felt intentional, sentimental, and full of charm.

It was a wedding that reminded us why winter celebrations are so special—filled with twinkling light, sweet treats, meaningful details, and the people you love most.
