a white christmas wedding

there is something so special about a White Christmas wedding. it feels soft, classic, and full of meaning in every detail. For maddie and sam’s winter celebration, the vision was timeless from start to finish, letting the season lead the design while everything still felt thoughtful and intentional.

The clean, airy ballroom set the tone right away. We brought in fourteen Fraser fir trees and placed them throughout the dining room to give the space a soft, forest like feel that felt festive without taking over the room. Between the twinkling lights and the fresh evergreen scent, everything felt warm, welcoming, and honestly a little magical. It is hard to put into words, especially that amazing holiday smell.

The ceremony carried that same timeless feeling. Trees framed the fireplace as the couple said their vows, with a full garland draped across the mantle. White bows and candle cylinders lined the aisle, adding a soft, balanced look while still letting the beauty of the room speak for itself. Simple, elegant, and full of heart.

The tablescape is where everything really came together. Tables were filled with white and greenery florals, individual cakes for each table, and just a hint of mercury glass that caught the candlelight in the prettiest way. At each place setting was one of our favorite details of the day, silver bell place cards made by elliestyled.

Inside each bell was a small but meaningful detail, vinyl lettering with the phrase “every time a bell rings, an angel gets her wings.” It was a sweet nod to the season and felt right at home in a room full of love. Each bell was finished with a green velvet ribbon tied around the handle, with guest names on the ribbon tails. They were meant to be rung, taken home, and kept long after the day ended.

Wreath style menus tucked under each napkin added another thoughtful touch, tying together the greenery and holiday feeling in an easy, effortless way. Everything felt intentional, sentimental, and full of charm.

It was the kind of wedding that reminds you why winter celebrations are so special, full of twinkling light, sweet treats, meaningful details, and the people you love most.
