Celebrating the Season at Elawa Farm: Harvest Dinner Fundraiser
We had the joy of partnering with our friends at Elawa Farm to design and set the scene for their Harvest Dinner Fundraiser. Honoring the farm’s literal roots, we brought a refined, farm-to-table aesthetic to life with gorgeous linen in transitional green tones, fresh local produce, and our styled bar positioned perfectly in the courtyard.
Guests were welcomed with a seating chart that emulated a bustling market, with abundant produce spilling from baskets and table assignments thoughtfully clipped to rustic crates—a playful nod to the harvest season.
The bar scene was a highlight of the evening, set in Elawa Farm’s beautiful courtyard. We used our Missy bars and iron back bar shelves to create a chic, inviting space, styling it with little nods to the harvest—clusters of vegetables and seasonal accents that tied seamlessly into the dinner’s farm-to-table aesthetic. It offered guests a place to mingle and enjoy cocktails while staying immersed in the charm and bounty of the farm.
The sailcloth tent was tucked just beyond Elawa Farm’s thriving garden beds and paddock, adjacent to the historic haybarn—a rare and magical spot, only accessible once a year for this event. Inside, dining tables were dressed in a soft palette of linens, creating a serene backdrop for the season’s bounty.
Centerpieces celebrated the harvest in a vibrant, edible display: eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin, chard, and root vegetables became both a feast for the eyes and an invitation to explore the tabletop. Each detail was designed to connect guests to the beauty and abundance of the farm while providing a warm, celebratory atmosphere.
