MOLE COOKING CLASS

An unforgettable night of Oaxacan flavors with Chef Ernesto and El Molcajete Sauces. We got hands-on making traditional dishes from Oaxaca, using the freshest, most authentic ingredients — think rich moles, handmade tamales, and vibrant salsas. All the magic unfolded at ATELIER by elliestyled, our cozy downtown Highland Park venue, where every table felt like a celebration. Trust us... once you taste a real Oaxacan mole, there’s no going back. Seriously, we’re still dreaming about it.


ILIXIR POP-UP DINNER

we partnered with ilixr creative for this incredibly special pop up dinner with chef Simon Davies. while snow was falling outside, we warmed up the Atelier with candlelight and were treated to eight courses. each was perfection, as were the cocktails and company. ilixr is available for private dining experiences and events and how i would be honored to set the stage again…who’s in?

 

ITALIAN FAMILY POP-UP DINNER

Italian family dinner with Chef Martina and Ruthie. we ate authentic Tuscan dishes, pasta e prosciutto, zucchini con salsiccia, eggplant and mozzarella after a fresh pasta demonstration and bites of polenta al ragu and bruschetta mortadella and pistachio e burrata. ummm, yum. can we talk about that pistachio tiramisu?!

 

MIDSUMMER POP-UP DINNER

a curated mid summer dinner experience, hors d’oeuvres and optional beverage pairings at the Atelier featuring Chef Francis of Vendador Chicago. this evening was a treat, a five course dining experience with craft cocktails to start, gorgeous setting and cool people.

 

MABON DINNER

In September, we hosted our Mabon dinner, an autumnal equinox celebration featuring Chef Tina from US Dining. It was a magical, intimate, and culinary-forward event marking the transition of seasons.

 

GALENTINE’S POP-UP DINNER

Galentine’s pop-up dinner and fashion presentation in collaboration with kameo vintage and lpm kitchen. fabulous women came out to talk spring trends and shop vintage with Melissa Carter while Chef Jacob Lewis treated us to a coursed dinner. the Atelier was dressed for the occasion in layers of pink and red, bows and roses
